Bit of an odd question. Say that Halo and Xcom take place in the same universe, and the aliens of XCOM make first contact around...2450ish. This is well before the Insurrection, so Spartans aren't around yet, and while seperatist sentiment is there it hasn't reached a boiling point yet. And this is, of course, a good 65 years before Halo Humanity would encounter the Covenant. What would the war between XCOM aliens and pre-Insurrection Halo Humans look like?
