What is the best way to get Tower Shield Proficiency? I'm playing a Tiefling Cleric, eventually going for Stormlord. I was planning on picking up monkey Grip to use a shield and I was wondering how to pick up Tower Shields in the least costly way. Is it worth the XP penalty to dip Fighter? Are tower shields even worth it?
