Never liked how as soon as Spider-Man realized his costume was alive he had the FF lock it up in a cage and abandoned it, it seems pretty un curious for a character thats been a scientist since his inception. He made zero attempts to understand it or communicate with it - he just threw it away and went on with his life, no wonder it hates him so much.
And it's not like in the movies or other dumb adaptations where the symbiote makes him "evil" for no reason, the worst thinig it did was take his body out at night to fight more crime, so it could feed itself off of the adrenaline. He was more tired during the day, big deal. It wouldn't've had to get more supplemental energy if their bond was complete but he thought it was *just* a sweet costume that he could command on and off his body and it played along since that's what he wanted
