Putting aside how we both feel about Sotsu and Gou, since it's clear that it's a sensitive topic for you, we can still conclude that SatoRika is canon beyond a doubt, I'm glad we could agree on that. I still think the manga is a better alternative and I'm glad it changed course to satisfy the fans who hate on Sotsu and Gou while still letting Satoko and Rika be together.
I have no idea why you were so insistent that they "weren't canon" even not looking at Sotsu and Gou, especially with the whole "friendship" shit, but it seems like you finally understand. SatoRika is indeed forever.
