You would be surprised at the fidelity of the generated assets. You don't need kojima's studio to make sure you get every wrinkle in Elle fanning's feet.
You can set up a small booth, put green paper all around and you will get a high polygon asset. Depending on how you will use it, you will most likely need to reduce the polygon count. After all the hologram would make use of particle effects and motion blur anyway...
So then you just import it in blender and clean it up a bit. I have used this method to scan myself and my friends in order to mod video games and put ourselves in.
In the beginning I just did it with a smartphone and the results were quite high fidelity...
