Bought this one 5 years ago and it still works perfectly. It's so good that I bought a second one on sale and put it in my closet in case this one ever broke. It never did break though, so I gave the unopened one to my mom instead.
3 thumb buttons, 2 buttons on the left mouse clicker, a middle mouse, an option to unlock the scroll wheel so it spins forever, middle mouse clicks left right and down. yup. i love it.
