you have a better overview and slightly better/faster menu for the brushes, but it doesn't save a list of changes like racemenu does and while it is great to make abominations, if you want to do fine sculpting on a fu the lack of other faceparts and ingame lighting makes things annoying and not worth it
in any case what anon is describing is probably the amd cpu issue and that means it is time to upgrade
