Looking through Emil's bluesky and there's a LOT of Dune, looks like he's going through all the films and series(not books though). I'm betting that there's going to be a big desert in the game, kinda like the glow in FO4, where you'll need a stillsuit to pass through. My initial reaction to Akavir so far. This is probably the most ugly and least polished quest mod I've ever downloaded. I've seen prettier textures in playstation 2 games. He seems to be using a custom sky and weather system too, so there's times when the sky goes fully black for me and has no stars. My ENB doesn't appear to be doing anything in this world map due to the weird sky changes. He created custom races for the NPCs so they're not inheriting my body and skin textures like other quest mods do. The background music is good but it plays so loud it competes with the sfx and voice acting.

Other than that I see very high potential for greatness in the mod. Similar to Vigilant it doesn't have a lot of quest markers and let's the player figure stuff out. The NPCs give you a lot of quest and there's a lot of stuff to do. The plot seems decent too. So thus far it's trending to be a masterclass of city/NPC/interaction, but a textbook example of what not to do in terms of visuals/presentation. Something tells me I'm really going to like this mod.

It's a shame you can't ask Balgruuf for tips on how to get a dunmer warrior consort.

The save only got corrupt because I used resaver. I went back to an old save before I used resaver so I didn't get the issue again. The best thing to do is to avoid having to use resaver in the first place. Just don't uninstall mods. It's that simple.
