There are 3 versions of it:
The theatrical cut (144 minutes)
Director's cut (189 minutes)
Director's cut Roadshow version (194 minutes, this is the director's cut with an overture, intermission and entr'acte added)

The version on the streaming sites is the standard director's cut with a three-hour & nine-minute runtime. AFAIK the only way to see the Roadshow version is to buy the 4-disc box set.
