Do you like Akira or Ghost in the shell or any sci-fi? If the answer is yes just watch it. Go blind, no trailers. It will become one of your top 10 sci-fi of all time and you will always recommend it. Not only that but you will never forget the goosebumps the last song and scene will give you.
To anyone reading this: you're fuckin welcome.

Instead of watching movies, watch this.
qrd:
>high school teacher in China
>teaches a course on holistic history where he covers the entire history of the world through a modern geopolitical lens
>trying to predict future events using his method
>predicted last April Trump would win US presidency and that Iran would be invaded
>channel blew up from 300 subscribers to 30k within the span of a week

I watched select episodes and am going through the entire thing from the start.
He gets a lot of minor things wrong that his subscribers are quick to point out but the throughline of overarching argument is very logical and sound.
He drops redpills like scattering chickenfeed. His lectures are good to watch with a critical eye.
Obviously don't take his stuff at face value, he's admitted his shortcomings of historical and economic knowledge from several videos I've seen already but his stated purpose is epistemology and to spur his students to think critically. And all that aside it's good to see a radically different viewpoint from what we're conventionally taught.
You should watch it before youtube takes it down. Maybe start with his most popular videos.

picrel is worth watching, from one of the few groups left in Hollywood that isn't completely pozzed. There's a reason none of those guys chased stardom over the last 30 years, and the whole project was made to protect a new generation of Disney kids from Weinstein shenanigans. It's not a movie, but there's not much difference between movies and TV these days.

Depends on if you wanna get weird with it. There's /pol/ approved movies, the ones that have themes that resonate and are given a stamp of approval for not being degenerate, and then there's movies that happen to be approved of by /pol/acks which can very well be some degen bullshit you don't want to take to heart, or be some artsy frufru masturbatory exercise, or a drug fueled hippy mindfuck, or just some weird ass foreign shit, or all of them at once, but despite that have some combination of great actors, art direction, sound design, concept, or director and so are still damn good movies.

these financial crisis movies are absolute dogshit propaganda to cover up what really happened
what really happened is the government incentivized/forced banks to make all of those loans, forced all the investors it wanted to get rid of to buy the loans, and blew the whole thing up to destroy the middle class.
The main point is that the government was, and still is, giving free houses to niggers and spics and other racial trash and even with all the free money they gave them to pay their mortgages they still fucked it up.
The solution? Just keep doing it but this time give the niggers INFINITE free money.
And that's why we have inflation.

Director's cut Roadshow version (194 minutes, this is the director's cut with an overture, intermission and entr'acte added)

The version on the streaming sites is the standard director's cut with a three-hour & nine-minute runtime. AFAIK the only way to see the Roadshow version is to buy the 4-disc box set.

not really. the film depicts the Muslims as more respectful than the crusader villains of the story for sure, but thing of it is, the aspect of the story of how the kingdom of Jerusalem was essentially brought down by the trechery of the crusaders themselves is very real, and at least one of the two main crusader bad guys was actually somehow even worse IRL than he was depicted in the film, and didn't shy away from even committing atrocities against other Christians IRL.

I know we're in the tinfoil hat forum but I think this was just a tragic tale of doing too high of a dose after having let your receptors adjust to sobriety for too long. Many such cases.

I'm a lucky fuck. I had a deep foray into opiates, but one night I had a close call. And my genetics, god bless them, tend to turn every toxic drug reaction into a panic attack every time. When I was young it was hell, but now I believe it served a purpose to keep my hear pumping. After this event I tried to snort oxy's and they never had the same affect. They would just make me anxious and the euphoria was low grade bullshit. So I stopped. Chemical sensitivity blessing. I'm sure if I ever get surgery they will get me high as fuck so I'll need to prepare for that to avoid becoming a junky in my 40s. Sorry for blog.

Although I will say that for all of the intense drug episodes I've suffered they've really toughened me to physical and psychological episodes. I have an uncanny ability to just breath through it an wait it out now. Nietzsche_quote.jpeg
