Water. Seems like the most convenient in daily life. Since they can freeze water at will, logically they'd also be able to boil it at will, which would both come in handy, especially since their universe isn't all that technologically advanced. Obviously there's the healing ability. Bathing yourself would be extra easy, and you could even be your own bidet.
