I love malz, you forgot to add he also destroys turrets with his voidlings.
But his counters are annoying, smolder when he was strong could get 3 extra stacks for free out of your W, some champs like Irelia can get free Q stacks off of them.
His burst is also somewhat lackluster, but for the amount of utility he offers I'd say it's fine.
