This is because of two factors:

1) first of all, they cause a lot of trouble in the schools. when there are violence and rapes to deal with now, the schooling suffers. also think about the effect of having loud apes in the classrooms bouncing at walls, blasting nigger raps, while teachers are prohibited to strike children so they're out of tools. in fact teachers have been quitting en-masse, citing unhealthy workplace environment, because they cannot say the reason out loud in this jewish clown world environment where "racism" is a bad thing and everyone is supposedly exactly the same

2) because we don't have private schools, everyone is in the same public schools, which used to be top of the world, outclassing even best private schools in rest of the Western world.
this is fine as long as populace is homogenous and has similar IQs, i.e. everyone is White.
but this is no longer the case. but now you cannot separate the students by race, because this would be "bad", and "racism". so the non-whites cannot pass classes at all. what is the solution? bring the difficulty of education down to the non-white level. this lets the non-whites now pass, but simulatenously doesn't challenge the Whites enough, stifling their education.

Once again, the reason why is clear, and the solution is simple.
But because we are living in a jewish clown world, the corrections cant be made.
That would be removing all the jews from all of the White world, then taking back our ethnostates by sending the non-whites to their own homes.
