I don't disagree that it's missing information that it'd be good to have, but if someone wants to know what the next banners are going to be, that spreadsheet is, in fact, not useless.

Each banner's illustration presents a new character added to the game, but on the lower cells you also have those characters' artwork.
"Virtual Sweetheart" is the banner where YUI will be made available for grabbing.
"Sweetheart Diagnostic" is Marian's.
Et cetera, et cetera, et cetera.
