Here's what I just got after a few quick and sloppy attempts with the new NovelAI Anime 4.5 model. I recommend giving it a try. It's great for much more than anime by the way. Cartoons, 3D, paintings, pixelart, sprites... with inpainting for fixing errors or making nude filters.
Full disclosure, the new 4.5 model still lacks a very powerful feature for controlling the output using images you show to it. Kinda like a micro LORA I guess? That will be available within a month. The 4.0 model (from 2/25) does have it, and that one is pretty powerful already.
The top tier plan gives you unlimited 832x1216 generations + 10K monthly credits for generating in higher resolution or using a slower, more detailed generation (not always "better", the base quality is in no way limiting).
