Yeah it's crazy seeing the difference in looks, but that just makes vietnam all the more attractive if you want to bang a variety and not just girls who look all the same. My current gf looks similar to this one but with a cuter face and funnily enough they are still called "white" by other Vietnamese, despite the brown skin. It seems as long as they take care of not getting a full suntan they still get seperated from farmers.
