Went from 174 to 144 lbs in two months

Some sort of mental barrier at 143 lbs I can’t break through it

My diet was mostly severe calorie restriction ~500 calories total, wet and dryfasting, what made it more sustainable was omad a big chicken breast with salt and pepper, and occasionally a burger patty or some konjac noodles

Just got some hydroxycut until I can figure out how to get ephedrine. I think you just go to the pharmacy and they have to write your name now
