Not really but frenzy incants are a lot more common after that change, they are also stupid strong in general so if you want to go in on them goahead, and they also take advantage of charged incant lines. Chests near frenzy mobs might have a slightly better chance to drop seals with the incants on them, and you can do the frenzy camp when it's there (it's one of the best ones anyway)
