Whether or not you're able to go for all of them in a reasonable time frame is dependent on where the circle decides to enclose but even then you should be able to complete at least 3 or 4 with little trouble.

I think it's pretty wacky that people are claiming this isn't good value, not only did I get to open that one evergoal early (I got 10% runes from it) I also got 15% atk out of it. I went to castle at like level 6 and killed the basement boss and farmed crucible knights, ended up at 10 or 11 or something for the day 1 nightboss
I find day 1 castle to be insanely worth it even if you can only kill the giants/knights, because it'll put you at 9+ on day 2 which lets you kill the greater field bosses right away, and you can come back once the circle closes, finish off all the knights/basement and kill the roof boss (or go do the shifting earth if there is one)

Yes, make sure you have the damage reflect guardian relic, it's good. Also, don't forget to charge your guard counters when appropriate, it's unique to his halberd moveset
If you're playing in a group and don't have aggro your 2h halberd running r2 is actually pretty good. Outside of that, look for a good WA, he doesn't have the stats to really do great damage when he's not being targetted. Pulley crossbow is underrated to get aggro back

I find his twinblade combos much easier to read than his tentacle arm ones.
His 3 hit combos have a very similar timing to Loretta's, the nuke is easy to avoid, he also stops doing the ground spear attack so lightning is not as necessary. The only thing to watch out for is the long combo, someone usually gets killed by that so I always save my ult to cockblock him from doing it.

I love all the bosses in NR so far. They don't have that spastic, "you need to attempt this boss 20 times to beat him" energy about them. They just have a gimmick and fun movesets. Even fulgor doing his p3 holy lance moves isn't pulling messmer/malenia/radahn tier shit, he's still intuitive and fun to dodge
Augur is hated, but I think it's specifically because his gimmick is non obvious. People don't realize killing the tentacles and jellyfish knocks him out of the air, once you know this it's also a very fun fight
