What caught my attention were the monsters and the dark phantasy setting, which are rare nowadays. It helps that the story is very enjoyable. Julian is not a pussy MC. Diana's prophecy is interesting to follow. The king is mysterious. Lacrima is great. Lukas is cool. Elstri is retarted. Helem is sexo. I don't care whether it feels too shounenque sometimes as long as these factors are at play. My only criticism is that the author reveals his cards too soon.
