Only roam after you shoved the wave - you dont need to even kill it just make sure they can't push it
Roam after hitting a spike of some kind - items, levels, etc.
Cancel your roam if it looks bad - don't commit if it looks dogshit
Roam through enemy jungle every time sometimes you'll randomly find the enemy jg and oneshot him

A lot of mechanical stuff like how I played fights was just so ass. Bad targeting, wasting spells, jumping the gun and positioning stuff that is so low elo but you don't realize until you've rewatched your vods.
That will tank your WR without you knowing
