Ramb has dialogue about Kris and (presumably) Noelle using some of the objects from the rooms of Chapter 1 and 2's Dark Worlds as their characters for make believe play.
This is how the Chapter 1 - 3 Darkners know each other. The Dark Worlds then rationalize these connections, so Spamton goes from being spam e-mails on a laptop to Tenna's business partner.
