It doesn't look that bad, you're paying attention to the negative shapes, and the back silhouette is also fine. I think you’re dealing with two main problems: workflow and understanding of the shoulder.

The issue I see with your current workflow is that it feels too linear. It looks like you start with the head, but then struggle with the torso’s proportions and have to go back to adjust the head with that weird triangle shape to add volume. It also seems like you draw the limbs in a linear way, without enough mileage results in problems with hand and foot placement. I think that’s what led to the large gap between the feet.

As for the shoulder, it feels fused to the chest, in reality the shoulder is incredibly mobile. When you see rotation in the torso, it’s usually a combination of movement of the shoulder and the latissimus dorsi. The ribcage itself is a stiff structure (your spine doesn’t really rotate much). Try to picture the shoulders as separate, blobs that move independently from the torso.
