But that's the problem, isn't it? He doesn't do it for a good story, he does it for a bad story in which everyone talks the same. It's not so much that he doesn't respect continuity because fuck that but he doesn't have any love or appreciation for the characters, Adam Strange is a no good semi incompetent piece of shit in this for example. Everyone threw a bitchfit over Wally in Heroes in Crisis but this was a way worse handling of a character and some of the same people are ok with it this time. Hypocrites.
I hate the word pretentious, especially since it's always misused but Tom King is an actual pretentious twat.
