It's insane how much stuff they just took from Guardian's kit and made it relic effects instead, it's like they were way too concerned a purely defensive character would be OP and nerfed him into the ground

Reflect damage should be a base ability of his Steel Guard
Extended duration for skill should be a base ability of his whirlwind
Restoring HP in his ult should be a base ability of his ult
Imagine if you needed to get "[Raider] Totem Stella increases attack power of nearby allies" or [Recluse] Magic Cocktail restores FP on use"
