I like some of Oda's choices, especially Hajrudin's orange cape. I prefer the Toei coloring for Gerd and Rodo though, the pink axe is just weird. Neutral on Goldberg and stansen, I think they look decent either way.

Loki, Dorry and Brogy are above everyone else. Harald likely was too, plus Jarul in his prime. Morley though seems genuinely strong and comes after that. Sanjuan Wolf too I guess but he has a physically enhancing Devil Fruit. Saul is strong but we haven't seen anything from him putting him above the likes of Hajrudin, Gerd, Oimo or Kashii etc.
