Nah it's genuinely good comedy, I'm just clowning on the anon pretending it's a literary masterpiece. It was the perfect setup for Sartre or Camus flavored philophykino but they fumbled it by turning it into The Ones Who Walk Away From Omelas in the final 5 minutes.
