It is literally "I can fix him: The Manga". Ichi's friends are one-note retards and perfect examples of why Ichi is salvageable and his loser buddies aren't(although Architect still has a chance, he just needs to stop fetishizing his love interest). Yamada's friends don't need to go through these arcs because there's nothing to prove with her buddies, there's no forced harem/love triangle, and even if Ichi winds up in compromising situations, Norio always finds a way to make it clear he's loyal and not perving on them(unlike a real man), they aren't routinely flirting with him or trying to steal him(unlike real women), and they are usually receptive and understanding (unlike real women) because of his fixation on Yamada. It literally reeks of estrogen, and is better for it.
