modern anime hacks think that the more frames, effects and fireworks you slap on everything, the better it is, but it's not true, there has to be restraint and if something is idle or doesn't have a lot of action happening, shoving shitty effects because they are too scared of a calm scene (KyoAni is especially guilty of that) will only make it worse
