Vivi is clearly the strongest but I'll nominate Kuja for the best new design in the set. Rakdos spellslinger feels like fresh new direction from the same old hat for Rakdos of sacrifice or kill crap for value. Kuja himself is fun to play without breaching the territory of just bullshit.
