95% of the buffs on my server will be buffing enemies/bosses/mvp, with more constant mechanics

Since I was the best HP on ragnav, I understand what a priest can or can't do, and I think we need more EQ and more aoe, and maybe even aoe that forces people to move together instead of just stacking on a single pneuma

This would be fun, I have a ton of good ideas
