you see there is a character auction, you can buy character from other players (transactions cost their server currency so that's how the server makes some money off of it)
so 35 000 silly coins is aprox 80 euros and this just high Ilvl character
anything with high achievement number or really rare stuff on them (mounts, titles, removed content stuff) goes over 300.000 silly coins
