Yeah they call them "matte dual", by which they mean dual color(black inside) not that it's matte finish on back and front.

I tried a few different combos and I currently prefer using said matte duals together with the dragon shield clear outers to double sleeve. I live near the tropics so dealing with foils is a fucking nightmare and double sleeving helps. No inners I tried seemed to fit properly into the dragonshields and were too tight besides, so regular+outer it is.
