NTA but it's [NL] Facial Animations. I installed it few days threads ago because anons suggested it. Turns out it's also a cheat mod since it allows you to change hair, body and anything without the need of a styling station or dye lol

It does make you realize how low-res all the default hairs are but then again you never zoom in this close. Wish the game had more hair types though.
