Grapplers as in fighting? Do you get pinched nerves or something a lot in that sport? Would you recommend this design in particular, and do you have any experience with the other ones? I found a video of a physical therapist singing the inflatable balloon's praises, and I'm kinda tempted to get that first.

Also kek but I'm actually serious, this neck issue has been driving me progressively crazier each year since 2007. I already got my septoplasty and tonsillectomy in hopes of fixing it, but at this point I'm 70% sure my scoliosis is the underlying cause.
I don't want to end up paralyzed over this though.
