It's probably worth considering that this has a lot of overlap with people who flat out like bondage. And even if hypno or vore isn't your main thing, the peril associated with those things has a lot of crossover with Damsel in Distress esque scenarios (tied to a train track for example). So it's not all that surprising that the Jungle Book scene was impressionable/suggestive fetish wise to a wide range of people.
