Also UB tourist just getting in to commander. I got all four precons. I'm looking to build my own decks too. I was looking in to how the bracket system works and wondering if I'm supposed to build a deck for each bracket? It says the precons are all 2, so I need to build a deck for 1, 3, 4 and 5 right?
