for that house I cheated a bit by making the entire physics mesh attached to just one object that's invisible. you can see it highlighted just off the corners of the house. but that shouldnt matter, it's about the density of physics triangles in a given space. even meshes that are one object with one custom physics mesh will do the same. the game actually displays when the physics mesh is overcomplicated for the space it's in and is causing the LI to shit itself, by highlighting it in yellow if you enable physics mesh vision(bottom left pic). interestingly, if you shrink the object enough, the game gives up even trying to use your custom physics and will switch to convex hull automatically which will reset the LI cost (bottom right)
The reason you probably didnt know about this is because most objects in this game are terribly fucking optimized and also dont use custom physics. It only happens with custom physics meshes I think.
