Yes they exist, best chance of meeting one would be going to your local anime/gaming con. Find a 2hu cosplayer or an artist, talk to her, ask for some photos, just don't be a sperg and don't go "AWOOOGA BOOBIES MAY I TOUCH PLEASE". Chances are she will be fat, ugly or severely autistic though.
