Just pry the top part off, it's probably just held on by a piece of double sided tape. Then install a small window unit that can keep a room cool. Then stay in the cool room when it gets over 25 C or whatever temperature it is that makes you all die. And drink cold water instead of boiling hot tea all the time. And stop wearing coats all the time, wtf.
