I think of all the people those studios hired, not just stars, but the foley artists, the lighting techs, the thousands of feet of film made to show to the public, the sheer man-hours it took to make some of my favorite films .colaberations between artists that would probably never happen again..

and then I go on you tube and see AI make a halfway decently made movie in a couple of hours. and Veo 3? they're just gettin warmed up.
its only just going to keep improving.
so yeah, the studios are done. they can claim some IPs but thats about it
