You have teams like Mighty Tools for construction and Seraphim for doctors and medicine it makes sense to make Nikkes who excel in entertainment to keep up morale. Some events mention how bad it gets when morale drops. Also a lot of Tetra Nikkes hide the fact they are Nikkes
