He had spent the entire fight reading Steven's mind and analyzing his movements, something Steven had been completely unaware of. In that brief moment of insight, Invincible discovered Steven's biggest weakness, and a plan began to form in his mind.
>With a smirk, Invincible steps forward, his voice calm. "You know what? I give up. You win," he says, surprising Steven. "You're the better fighter." Steven is flattered, his pride swelling at Invincible's praise.
>Invincible drops to one knee in front of him. "Hey, can I get your autograph?" he asks innocently.
>Steven chuckles, "Of course, kid." He takes a pen and signs his name for Invincible.
>Invincible takes the autograph, smiling. "Thanks... uh... Sbe-ven."
>Steven corrects him with a laugh, "It’s Steven."
>Suddenly, Steven instantly reverts from his pink form to the powerless child form of little Steven Universe. Before he can react properly, Invincible punches his arm clean through Steven’s torso, the force of the blow lifting him off the ground. He opens his hand, unleashing a shockwave that tears through Steven’s body, obliterating him completely.
>Within moments, all that remains is a pile of ashes.
