0) No VPN or TOR;
1) Rangeban israel, india, SEA and china;
2) make some containment boards (eg: /xd/ for x/twitter/social drama, /intp/ for interracial porn, /ecel/ for non-vt ecelebrities, /onions/ for *jacks, etc...) with an AI moderation tool (with public logs available) trained to recognize images/videos related to that type of content that automatically moves these posts/threads to their designated boards;
3) Get rid of ads and put a bigass "donation" button;
4) mods and jannies with mandatory ID and public activity logs, a like/dislike system (with unique voting tokens generated using the thread ID combined with the poster's browser fingerprint) for reviewing their work connected to a donation quota reward for the mod/janny. Reaching a certain negative threshold will disable the moderator/janny account for a number of days equal to the negative threshold breakthrough but will also put the board in AI based automoderation (with public logs) for that specific mod/janny timeslot;
5) no rules except "stay in-topic (as in blatant and prolonged off-topic)", "no rl and realistic enough depiction of pedo shit, /a/ & /co/ loli is ok", "no spamming (image dumping excluded)", "always enable a spoiler for high sensitive and high pornographic content (female nudity is ok)" and "no low quality OP (eg: formulaic shit, extreme and blatant low effort, blatant bait or blatant idpol shit)". Breaking these rules will perma fingerprint ban the offender from the specific thread or straight thread deletion in case of OP;
6) Deleted threads go to a /trashcan/ board with attached log and reason to them (and auto spoilered attachment in case of offending ones);
7) put a gigantic "ANIME WEBSITE" banner on top and, on the bottom, a gigantic disclaimer "THE WEBSITE ISN'T RESPONSIBLE FOR THE USER POSTS AND ATTACHED CONTENT"
