Because the last time they tried landcycling it gave us a (no longer) staple Modern card and a busted Legacy card solely off the fact they landcycled (for different reasons).
What I don't get is how Oops All Spells creeps up in power every time they print an MDFC land yet WotC never subjects them to the same scrutiny.
