There's way too many kits that still need fixing and Blanc and Noir don't really need it so there's no way it'll happen with this schedule.
Nobody who actually cares about getting them needs 6 months to build all 4. I've seen players with 2 treasures done already, it doesn't take that long anymore, especially if you got upgrade mats saved up. 4 new treasures every 3 months would be more reasonable.
Although I guess considering half the treasure kits we got so far still remain bad means there isn't even a guarantee that they fix anything with them. Just looking at Milk's treasure kit is such a big question mark, why would they ever give her such tiny CDR when similar characters already exist with almost identical activation requirements, but easier and better CDR. What were they thinking?
