28 Mag is a fanzine (and a very good one)

The movement started with Inq28, which was people playing the 54mm miniature GW RPG-wargame Inquisitor but with 28mm miniatures.

This developed its own increasingly weird Grimdark aesthetic in both sci-fi and fantasy, which then lead to people making their own games and miniatures and kitbashes to the point it's its own 28 scene with successes like Trench Crusade. As time has gone on it's only got more weird.
