my local Lego Store told me it regularly re-stocks, they get maybe 10 of them and they sell pretty quickly. give us a call on Tuesday and Friday blah blah... they had no idea it was "Walmart exclusive" and bragged that Lego Store gets all the exclusives so they never pay attention to that

I scored one at a Walmart recently, (they had 3 of them but two had some sticky gum or something on them, welcome to walmart) so it looked like they re-stocked, too
