I love how ancient and desolate this Hyrule feels, everything outside of the castle and town looks abandoned and in disarray, everything just feels so old and like a far cry from this kingdom created and chosen by the gods.

The bridges are in terrible condition, there's ruins in random places, you straight up can't enter Gerudo desert, the original Kakariko has been abandoned for who knows how long and the newer Kakariko is hardly any better, the only place that still has some beauty to it is Zora's domain and Lake Hylia which basically belongs to the Zoras.
