If you're sick of evergaols and you're a melee class, give Improved Initial Standard Attack a try. Each one is a 1.13 multiplier, and it stacks with itself multiplicatively, so with 3 of them that's over 40% more damage for your Neutral R1. The new base damage of the attack ends up being something like 25% more damage than a jumping attack from the same weapon. Another weird thing is that it works on powerstanced L1s, changing your most optimal move from the Jump L1 to the Neutral L1. Could be a solid replacement for the Evergaol damage bonus on melee classes if you want to do a route with fewer Evergaols, although it does demand 3 relic spots instead of just 1. Alternatively, it can also stack with the other meta damage choices if you get the right relic; going from 200 damage to 250 is a huge bump when you start adding things like the Evergaol bonus damage or the bonus damage from things like Attack Up On Damage Taken and its Raider variant. Everything is multiplicative. Sad part is that Jump Attacks can get boosts from Jump Damage weapon passives and they have access to the Claw Talisman, but Initial L1 can still benefit from raw damage boosts from weapon passives and isn't reliant on an RNG talisman to reach its potential.
